We are a small fiber farm located in the heart of Washington wine country. The farm is managed by myself, as well as my three boys. Currently, we are focused on raising alpacas and babydoll sheep for their luxurious fleece, to create super soft yarn, and fertile manure. We accomplish this through adequate nutrition, as well as proper and humane care. We also have rescue rabbits and cats as pets, as well as chickens for eggs and a large garden. We honestly love to spend time with all of our animals daily.

We were first introduced to alpacas through online research, simply because I love to work with their fiber in my knitting. After our initial research, we decided they may be a good option for us, as we have the space and the time to care for them properly. So, we set up meetings with a few local breeders to really get a feel for what having them on our farm would entail. We were hooked! We discovered with proper care, alpacas can be friendly, help to manage the grass, and provide useful products, such as yarn and manure, without any harm to them.
We initially purchased 4 females, as alpacas are herd animals and like companionship, and to help us become accustomed to caring for them. Our family divides up the work, and truly loves to spend time with our girls!
